Business Development Manager, North America

Net-Translators, a leading software localization company with customers on six continents and a growing global reputation, is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand our business in North America.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying prospects, new client outreach, lead generation.
  • Increase, develop, and diversify the client base: maximize the sales revenue from new and existing clients.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the capabilities, differentiators, and competitive advantages of our services.
  • Develop and maintain strong and profitable business relationships, provide customer support while managing client expectations to attain higher customer satisfaction.
  • Selling localization solutions and services to the software and medical device sectors.

Requirements

  • 5+ years prior sales/business development management experience.
  • Knowledge of the translation/localization industry.
  • A four year degree from an accredited university.
  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales goals.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling services to high-tech companies.
  • Proven prospecting success and ability to manage client expectations.
  • Excellent negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to operate in a remote environment.
  • Mandatory characteristics: reliable, honest, flexible, well organized, responsible, creative, with excellent problem solving and analytical skills, excellent communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, effective time management, works under stress, and performs multiple tasks simultaneously.
